Seeking Advice - Getting Started Flipping

Hey BP Community -

I am seeking some advice / guidance on getting started flipping houses. I am super eager and excited to get started but have a pretty surface level amount of knowledge when it comes to flips.

A few things I am looking for some help / guidance:

- Best markets in the US for rehabs / flips

- Best way to get started with little to no money (HML? PML?)

- How to estimate repair costs more accurately

Don't hesitate to reach out I am super interested in expanding my knowledge with this as I hope to get my first flip underway before the end of the year. If you have any resources / info sheets / spreadsheets that you wouldn't mind sharing that would be super helpful.

TIA!
