Do I need additional LLC
I am a GC and a home inspector, we own a construction company. We are just about to purchase our first flip, we are currently renovating our primary as a long term property.
I have received different advise on forming another company for the properties.
So do I need another LLC for all the properties or one for each property?
Thanks in advance.

People don't have cash to invest because they don't live below their means. Living below one's means is a more important skill than finding deals or investors.
