Solid property with foundation needs help

Hi BP,

Looking at a potential investment property in the Williamson county region just north of Austin. I know that many existing homes in the area have at least some settling of the foundation given the soil. An inspection and estimate was done for a level foundation repair with a quote of $13,000 total. The report states it will require approximately 19 pressed pilings on the exterior of foundation and approximately 6 pressed pilings on the interior of foundation. My question is, what is the best way to approach getting a ball park estimate of anticipated work that will need to be completed in other areas (i.e, walls, flooring, plumbing, ect) once the foundation is leveled? We asked the leveler today how to go about estimating those other costs in order to have an appropriate figure for negotiation and he mentioned the need for those specific trade people to come out and give a rough estimate of cost. Just wondering what the best process is to try and find somewhat of a ball park estimate of potential repairs that can be anticipated once the foundation is leveled?
