Need a Good Contractor HELP!

I purchased a 203k property way back before the Pandemic. I have had terrible circumstance after the other. Ive had two REALLY bad contractors that have cost me tons of time and money. At this point, I am just trying to find a reliable contractor that won't rip me off that can just get the house to a point where it can be sold or rented out. Originally I was going to keep it for myself for a few years but at this point I just want to get as much out of it as I can to offset my losses. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good GC that handles these types of situations?
