Looking To Get Most Accurate Renovation Cost Estimates

Hey everybody,

I am starting to look for my first flip/BRRRR deal and I wanted to get the most accurate way of estimating rehab costs in our market since I don't really have a grasp on how much things can really cost yet. So I thought to myself "why not ask someone who is already doing it right here right now?"

Is anybody willing to share a recent project(s) they've done with a breakdown of the scope of work, material used, timeline, and breakdown of the costs?
