Managing Time

Someone stated that since I do not give out applications being cheap. To me I'm managing time and weeding out time wasters. I hate running to stores which always is an hour never 15 minutes.

Real contractors/rehabbers spend time rehabbing not shopping.

1.Time is saved not having to go to the store for paper and ink.

2. Time saved not having to keep printing out applications.

3. Time saved not having to meet applicants a 2nd time.

I gut, rehab, and rent my houses. I started out doing it by myself and now have a small crew that helps. So I still do work myself.
