Hey everyone, I have a 3/1 home to sell in Champaign Il. It needs electrical, some mechanicals, windows, foundation work (including window well replacement, some drywall replacement and the typical bath and kitchen guts. Roof is about 12 years old and has new gutters. It's about 1000sqft. and after repair value should be in the 130k range. Please let me know if anyone knows anyone that would be interested.
