Concrete Driveway Replacement

Hi Everyone,

I have a signed purchase agreement on rental house #4 and had the home inspection today. One thing that is needed is about a 40' x 20' section of the concrete driveway needs to be replaced. I have no idea what this costs. Does anyone in south east Michigan have any advice on roughly what this should cost to be removed and new concrete poured?
