Whats working on marketing these days?

Hey guys, I'm a pretty experienced investor and used to buy a lot from individuals back in the day. Been doing almost exclusively REO's lately, but as the market recovers I'm thinking there may be enough opportunities for pre-foreclosures and such again to get some old school marketing out.

I used to do a ton of different stuff, but got most of my leads from my newspaper ad. Pretty sure these days that'd be throwing money away.

Anybody working anything that's consistently successful? Anything online that I may not know about?
