Has anyone here went after and purchased a property listed on the Cheap Old Houses instagram or at least attemped to?  Interested to hear some stories and experiences!

I haven't, but my focus is old houses. This would be right up my alley! The disadvantage I see is that it may not be in your area or located in small towns where there is no profit because of the additional time and care these houses often require.
