Best software for finding houses to flip.
Does anyone have a recommendation for software that is helpful in finding distressed houses to buy and flip? I am currently doing a trial of FlipperForce and Rehab Valuator, but they don't appear to have tools to find houses, just a way to manage and evaluate projects. I've read about PropStream and I did a trial a while back but it expired before I had time to dig in and it won't let me do another trial. Flipster is out there as well, but from what I see there's not a free trial and it costs $97/month. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks!
Craig
