Hello BP Family 

I am interested in selling my Condo to a contractor that works for my association. We are going to meet Tuesday Feb. 22nd to discuss numbers. Is there any advice that you can share? I have never done this before and do I need a lawyer. I am located in Chicago west suburbs. Thank you in advance.
