Sell or Fix up? What should I do?

Rehabbing is not for me. I have had too much difficulty doing it from outside of the country. I am pretty frustrated with it, because I am getting at least 2X return from my turnkey-type investments than I am getting from my rehabbed properties.

I paid someone to fix up a property I bought in Michigan, and he ran off with the money. Should I pay someone else to fix it up, or just give up and try to sell it again?
