Avail Management Software

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have experience using Avail Management Software? I'm using them (for now) to self-manage and I've learned that the tenant can choose when money withdraws from their account E.G. Initiated payment today, can choose to have it withdraw from their account a week later, instead of immediately.

Something else I learned is that once the tenant initates a payment, they can go in later and change the withdraw date. Tenant had money that was supposed to withdraw and deposit to me today, I go and look and see the tenant changed the withdraw date to thw 22nd. WTH!?

What is Avail's problem? I've already iniated eviction on this guy.
