Quick opinion between two roofers. Who would you go with? Option 1: Recommended by another flipper. Bid at $6,150 but can't start until mid next week and is not insured. Includes all the same as option 2. Option 2: Friend of a friend. Original bid was at $7,580 but got him all the way down to $6,600 cash and he will be finished Monday. Includes full re-roof with everything except replacement of any rotted wood under existing roof and he is using my dumpster.
