Just found you guys recently. listening to all of the podcasts starting from number 1. Really enjoy the content learning a lot. I want to fix and flip houses in the future. Currently stockpiling money to be a cash buyer for my fix and flips. Can anyone help me understand how this whole wholesaler thing works? I want to learn everything I can about real estate. Thanks for any help!
