Civil/Structural Engineer or Architect Recommendations SD area

I am looking for any recommendations for any one of the above professionals. I do not want someone "cheap or investor friendly" I am looking for someone that is timely yet thorough and detail oriented.

I am looking to permit a space that has already been built and add a restroom to the existing property. Looking to avoid any delays by hiring someone that can get us through the permitting process with as few corrections as possible. We are hiring a GC for the project, and we have not closed escrow yet, but I would like to get the ball rolling on this as soon as possible.

Also, if you are reading this and feel like you have any helpful advice on the process I would appreciate any and all help!

Thanks everyone!
