Best Entity for Flipping Real Estate in Canada

Hello,

My partner and I are thinking about starting a house-flipping as the next step to his consulting engineering business in building mechanics and electricity. He has ten years of experience as a consulting engineer in building mechanics, including plans and specifications, supervision of work in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and automatic regulation.

By the end of the year, I should be a mechanical engineer and a real estate agent. This summer, I will start real estate classes to get my license as an agent. My strengths lie in my ability to analyze a deal and organize the funding around it, whether private money, hard money, seller financing, or subject-to.

But I wondered what type of entity would be best to flip houses in Canada. If you have any pieces of information about that, that would help out a lot, thank you!
