Orlando - ADU Contractors and Experience

Hi all!

I am looking to build a small ADU on my property here in Orlando, FL. I am wanting something small to AirBnB out. I have 1.22 acres on a beautiful lake here in Orlando that is 15 minutes from the airport, 15 min from universal, and 30 minutes from Disney. I think it is a perfect spot for those destinations.

I am looking for a good contractor to aid me in this project.  I am also open to hear your experiences with Airbnb-ing something similar.

First thing you'll want to do is make sure that there are no restrictions on renting out ADU as a STR. Here where I live that isn't allowed, though they can be rented as LTR.
