should I fix unused oil tank, washer/dryer for high appraisal ?
Hi members, I'm completing rehab on my 1st rental. The house has an oil tank which is not working and is not used, also the washer/dryer doesn't work and tenant doesn't use it. Should I get both of these fixed? If I don't get them fixed does it affect the ARV determined by bank appraiser? I'm not sure what to do here. Kindly advise
