Hey all, I have a construction and house upgrade background, but I am new to Kansas City Missouri and I'm starting out on the fun filled adventure of flipping and BRRRR'ing, also in Kansas City, Missouri

I have funding and the time, but I don't have the tradesman contacts to really jump into the bigger aspects of home rehab. Does anyone have trusted contractors, roofers, inspectors, painters, etc?
