Refi help on 1st BRRRR in Indy
Hello BP Community!! Thank you in advance for your input.
I am an OS investor from CA, nearing the end of the rehab process on my 1st BRRRR property in Indianapolis!! I am currently seeking guidance and strategies on how to find the best refi options. I have used an online lending company on another property (they offer 75% ARV), but am interested in finding out if any of you have had luck with local banks, credit unions, etc.??
How do you find prospective banks that might be a good fit?
How should you go about contacting them?
Are there any strategies to get the best rate (other than having solid credit score, which I do)?
Any other input or strategies regarding finding the best lender on an OS BRRRR would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you for helping this relative newbie, everyone!!
