New Investor with local ties looking to connect

Hey we’re new investors in the Indy market with local ties. I’ve spent most of the last 15 years calling Indy home, and recently relocated to California. (Bay Area temporarily)

My partner and I are looking to get back to Indy and start investing ASAP. Looking for flip opportunities as well as some buy and hold/BRRRR Ops.

Would love to connect and network with those active in the market, including the private/HML players.
