Hello All!

I've been obtaining a lot of information, and I have considered purchasing a duplex with a FHA loan and living in one side. I have been driving for dollars, but I would live if anyone could tell me how to scope out the best area codes to land my first property. How do I go about finding the perfect area for cash flow? Thanks!
