Hello BP,

My name is Benjamin and I am a novice looking to get into real estate investing. The reason for this post is I am looking for feedback on a potential deal I am looking at in the Indianapolis area, specifically Ravenswood. Can anyone familiar with the dynamics of Indy give me feedback on the Ravenswood area? It is extremely close to where I would be working in the area when I am able to return to the office at a new job I recently attained (I am originally from STL).

Any feedback the Indianapolis real estate and investment community can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Reed, thank you so much for the feedback! It is indeed in a flood zone, but I think you are correct in stating it has great potential for house hacking and/or turning it into a conventional rental.
