Hi Fellow BP Members! I'm and OOS investor in the process of acquiring 2-duplexes in Indianapolis that both need new roofs. Does anyone have recommendations for a quality roofer in the Indy area?

Bone Dry Roofing, Stay Dry Roofing, Amos Exteriors all provide quality work. I'd avoid Amos Exteriors if filing an insurance claim. I'd see if all 3 of them can give you estimates or at least try to get a few. Roofing estimates can be all over the place depending on the roof's slope, size, and materials.
