Hello All,

Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I will be moving into the Indy market soon and I am looking for recommended areas in the city / suburbs to find really good Buy & Hold SFH. I'm trying to find the appreciating sub markets.

In advice would be appreciated.

Hey Brian. There's a podcast called "The Indy Investor Pod" ran by a couple of experienced wholesalers - they recently did a mini series where they bring in some guests and analyze the different neighborhoods in Indianapolis. Different areas have different property values, crime rates, average rents, etc. Much to consider, good luck and let me what you find.
