East Fountain Square

What do folks think about the East Fountain Square area? I'm thinking the area slightly west of Keystone Avenue (north and south of Prospect).

Do you see this area developing to the same level (and prices increasing) similar to core Fountain Square (west of State Avenue)?

Thanks!

The values are already going up and with the new government center project it will help with infrastructure and commerce. The area at Keystone and hoyt is slated for new construction according to the last plans I saw

Thanks @Justin Frytz. I just checked out that new government center project. It looks pretty substantial

@Prab C. That's a great area to look for property. Better prices than other neighborhoods and still walk-able to all the action in Fountain Square. Don't go Norh or East of the rail road tracks. It gets rough really quick.

Hello all. I am an out-of-state investor with a property in the Fountain Square area. Can someone provide a source for this government center project? I would love to read more about it but couldn't find much info searching online. Thank you!

@Jack Liu It's a big project for our city and much needed. The steel is already up and the property is being developed.

@Jaron Walling Thank you very much for the source. That project looks massive and should have a big impact on the area.
