Avon and Plainfield area

I’m wondering if this area is considered as part of either Avon or Plainfield:

Bounded by 267 on the west, 465 on the east, 36 on north, 40 on south

Especially the area east of Ronald Reagan parkway (immediately northwest of the airport) - Camden meadows, Salem creek, huntwick, bentwood etc,

I also see crazy number of rail lines just south of 36 (west of Ronald Reagan parkway though) - is that area even livable?
