Anyone here knows a good CPA or Lawyer that can set up an LLC in Indianapolis? I will appreciate any help you guys can throw at me.

You can set up an LLC in about 15 min at https://inbiz.in.gov . You still should use an attorney for your operating agreement, consul and a CPA for their advise as well, but if you simply need to form an LLC it's fairly easy.
