Real estate Investment Broker in Indianapolis

Lorraine Sar
Posted

My husband and I are interested in investing in Indianapolis. We live in CA  and want to invest in multifamily rentals. We are looking for a real estate investment agent who is analytical, familiar with Indianapolis submarkets and does property investment themselves.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Depending on area, we have found that 3 and 4-plexes do not perform nearly as well as SFH's and Duplexes. The vacancy rates are much higher, and the quality of renters is lower. Because of the reasonable pricing in Indy, and strong price-to-rent ratios, we do very well with a ratio of 75/25 to SFH/Duplex in our portfolios, and it's what we recommend to our investor base.
