Breaking the ice in wholesaling

Hi guys, I have been doing lots of research on wholesaling and I think I am about ready to get started. Is there any advice that anyone can offer as far as what is the best way to go about getting my first property under contract? I'm a little nervous about getting started but I am looking forward to it. I will be looking forward to you guys feedback. Thank you!
