Electric vehicle charging?
Any smaller apartment building owners offer this amenity? Is there even demand for this for apartments in Chicago in non-high or mid rise buildings?
I would think when renting a SFH in the suburbs or even the city, there would be a demand. However, we are trying to gauge the perceived benefit of 'having the electrical capacity' to offer charging with a garage spot in Chicago.
Electrical vehicles are going to be the trend, maybe not in the immediate future, but if someone has a car in the city, chances are someone will have an EV.
Looking for any insights any one has on the trend or costs of conversion or adding - building owners, rental agents, EV owners, electricians, garage spot renters, anyone with an opinion.
Thanks for reading.
