Creative Financing Investor/Managing Broker In Chicagoland Area

Hello Everyone,

I am from Chicago Suburbs and I am fairly new to RE investing. I own a fourplex as my only investment property. I recently passed my Real Estate Broker exam and I am looking for a Managing Broker who is also an investor and specializes in Subject To, Seller Financing, and Lease Options.
