I am so excited to be part of this amazing forum! I'm longing to create more business partners and friends! I am fresh to real estate and I am looking forward to networking and building with other Realtors and local Chicago investors/developers.

Best,

Thalia M.

@Thalia Mena Welcome to BP and welcome to real estate.  How are you planning to make some money short and long term?  Any idea on focus or possible niche?

A couple of great books for you to read/listen to as you build your network are Sales Ninja by Larry Kendall and 7 Levels of Communication by Michael Maher.  Not specific to Chicago but specific to real estate brokers but great books for anyone in sales, which we all are...LOL.

@John Warren & @Tony Angelos You guys better of read these already and if not these are great books to build on the successes you have had already.
