Where to Buy in Chicago Area
Where is the best place to buy a multi-family (2-4) unit, below $400k in the Greater Chicago area?

Are you looking to house hack? If so Mckinley Park or Bridgeport would be my top pick in that price range area is growing like crazy and still relatively inexpensive. You also could find a 2 unit + illegal 3rd unit in Avondale, west logan square, etc. at that price range but will take a good bit of searching.
