What Do You Look For When Choosing Your Chicago Management Co.
Being so heavily involved in the Property Management Industry over the past 14+ years, I have heard so many different concepts when choosing a management company to manage your assets.
People will tell me that it is not all about rate. They will pay higher rates to get better NOI. People tell me it's all about communication with the team. It's all about the maintenance team. It's all about units under management.
I am curious to hear your thoughts. I own and manage property. Let's discuss!
thanks!

Yes all the obvious answers, but one item specific to Chicago - do they successfully manage other properties in the areas I invest in.
Chicago is so diverse and what works in one area will not work in another. I need to know they are purposely-built for my class of tenants.
