I came across the SILA website (http://www.skokielandlord.org/) and requested membership but so far have not gotten any response back. Perhaps this is now inactive? I own a building in Skokie and would love to connect with other investors in Skokie.  If there is enough interest maybe we could create a local forum here on BP but it would be a small community.
