Concrete/Masonry needed (Portage Park/Jefferson Park)

Hi all, 

We have two homes in the northwest side of Chicago, we are going to need around 30x30 cumulative area of concrete slab thrown down in one unit, and possibly replace brick veneer in another unit in the coming months. Does anyone have recommendations?
