Current cost of survey in Chicago?

Anyone have a residential lot survey done recently in the city?  Nothing extraordinary to it but quotes seem several hundred dollars more than just two years ago.  Contacted a few that we've seen in the neighborhood along with companies we've used before.  Maybe busy time of year?  Supply and demand?  $300-$350 is what I'd been thinking and no one is close to that number at all.

Any insights, price points or company suggestions appreciated.
