Small Bathroom Remodel

Hi everyone, I have a small 8X5 bathroom in Elmwood Park that is old and needs to be completely remodeled (sub floor is rotted out). I have never done this before and just need something basic and durable for tenants. Would anyone be kind enough to recommend someone reliable for this kind of job in the Chicagoland area? Also if you have an idea of what this type of project should cost I would appreciate if you could share that too. Thanks so much.
