2019 Goals - Can We Help Each Other In Some Shape or Form?

Hi BP Chicagoland,

Let me know if any of you would be open to connecting on how we could all help each other hit our Real Estate goals in 2019!

My experience comes from flipping multiple SFH across Chicagoland and working with investors to find them profitable fix & flip opportunities being able to leverage my team (contractors, lenders, etc)

Here are my goals in 2019:

1) Continue to fix & flip AND leverage my real estate license to work with investors looking to do the same;

2) Educate myself & purchase my first multi unit buy and hold property. I am open to partnership opportunities, but I am not interested in silent partnerships as I am looking to learn as much as I can.
