New Cook County Loan Limits for 2019

Good news! Loan limits have increased for 2019. This is for conventional loans and the mortgage amount not the purchase price. 

1-Unit: $484,350

2-Unit: $620,200

3-Unit: $749,650

4-Unit: $931,600
