Insurance on a foreclosed house

I have a foreclosed house in Chicago.  Currently, a tenant lives here, but she refused to sign the lease and pay the rent.  I try to get an insurance on the house and started an eviction process.  Could you recommend an insurance agent and/or an eviction attorney?  Thank you!
