Know any good cleaners with fair prices?

Hello Everyone,

I'm a maintenance coordinator at a suburban property management company.  I'm looking for a cleaner to help with turnovers who prices fairly AND is insured and can provide proof of insurance... having issues finding someone that fits both of those categories.  Anyone have someone to suggest?  Thank you for your assistance.
