New investor looking to take action!

Hello BP community. I’m a new investor. For the past few months I’ve been getting my education( listening to BP podcast, reading books, etc). Now I’m ready to take action. Currently I’m looking for 2-4 units in the fallowing zip codes 60623,60632,60629,60638. Under 200k. Some of the places I’ve look at need some work. Can anyone recommend a great contractor? Thanks
