Turmkey Gone Wrong Lawyer Needed For South Chicago Area

Hello,

I have been the victim of an unscrupulous turnkey operator  in south Chicago. I am looking for recommendations for a lawyer so I can pursue legal action against him. In the main case the property was sold without telling me about a problem tenant a clear violation of disclosure obligations. 

There are also numerous other issues that are less clear cut.

Also, I am in the process of moving property management (obviously) or trying to sell the property now that the issue has been fixed (at my expense) if anyone has any recommendations on that front. 

Properties are in decent locations for the south side and are 2 and 3 flats.
