Looking for good PM in Chicago
Hi,
I'm looking for good PM for my rental properties (single families and small multi units) in Chicago south and south suburbs. Currently I'm using Elite Invest and Renters Warehouse. Elite is bad, and Renters Warehouse is ok but hard to reach when I need to communicate with them (except for maintenance & repairs) .
Does anyone have good PM companies to recommend? I'm considering GC Realty and National Rental Services now. Any feedback or recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Jie

Be aware of Mike Fisher (IL License # 475182456)! He was my property manger but I am not happy with his services at all. He is dishonest and not communicative, and takes advantage of owners. He sent my account to the collection agency without communicating with me properly, and asked me to pay for the bounced check written by the tenant over 5 months ago. He didn't take any timely action against the tenant as a property manager, rather waited 5 months to chase after the easy money from the owner who in the first place, hired him to do the job. I do not recommend Mike Fisher nor any of the companies related to him, Get Cashflow Today, CAB properties, Kambri Realty(Lice #481012920) to anyone.
