Real Estate Agent Recommendations

Hey all,

I'm looking for a Real Estate agent familiar with the metropolitan Chicago area and experience working with investors. My partner and I have access to large capital and also backed with above average annual W-2s. Our strategy is mainly buy and hold in Class B properties and would like to stay within the metropolitan area. Also open to recommendations for a private lender.

We know deals are difficult to find in Chicago but have the patience and will wait for the right deal(s). We are very serious about beginning investments in the area. Please private message me if you have recs. Thanks.
