Looking for a Chicago wholesaler

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend and I are currently in the market for a 3-4 unit property ($480k or under) in the Chicago Humbolt Park / Logan Square / Belmont Gardens area and after 5 months or so on the MLS / open houses / bidding wars we were thinking of going a different route.

We are looking to make some connections with some wholesalers in the area that have properties that fit into this category coming across their desk.

My girlfriend and I both work for general contractors and are experienced with construction and "fixer-upper houses" if the price is right, otherwise something requiring under $20k in work would be preferable.
